House needs very little description, photos speak for themselves. Whilst the front view of the house has a south western feel, the bedrooms, baths, kitchen and living areas have a very neutral (any city in the world) feel. The great room, dubbed ”the hangar”, has over 20-25 foot ceilings, huge open floor plan and is absolutely perfect to build a set in, ample room for production crews and equipment. 4 bedrooms, each with full bath. It is also UNFURNISHED – no need to drag our furniture in and out if you don’t want (everything is stored). Best of all, a set could be built here and left for the duration of the shoot. Anything from a short film to a long running television series would be welcome. House is stunning as it is, and could easily be used without modifying a thing. It is also a bit like a blank canvas by virtue of its’ timeless style (and there being little to no furniture/decorations). House is surrounded by vast open space, beautiful views of Sandia Mountains to the east, and the city lights of Albuquerque to the west. Large circular drive. Backyard houses pool, spa, fire pit and large wooden deck (note: birds eye view from google earth not up-to-date). Two movies have already been shot on site. House is available on short notice.
