Property Description

Our home is a Brownstone circa 1890. It appeared in the February 2004 issue of Victorian Homes magazine. Although it is a legal two-family home, it is used as a one-family home as originally intended by the turn-of-the-century builders. We've lived in this home for 20 years. We categorize the style of our eclectic, yet tasteful decor as "Urban Contemporary Victorian." Our home has good "chi" and is often described by our guests as beautiful and comfortable. We have an ample, well-tended backyard. Our block is lovely and our neighbors are friendly. Our neighborhood is energetic, historic and is undergoing an incredible revitalization/gentrification.
