This is a piece of property just outside the city of St.Helens OR with several shop buildings, paved entry and parking, and surrounded on three sides by a creek and some trees. It is very soft, mushy ground in the unpaved areas during winter, but firms up throughout the summer and fall until the rain starts, usually about Sept. or Oct.
