There are multiple areas to film, each with its own unique atmosphere including a stone and wood bank barn, a large scenic pond, English rose gardens, 15 acres of dense woods, 1 acre of open woods, 43 acres of open farm fields, and 18 acres of manicured lawn and gardens with a white tear drop pebble driveway in front of the Mansion. The three story Greek Revival Mansion has over 7,300 sq. ft with 11 ft ceilings and 7 fireplaces. Bungalow has 11 ft height ceilings about 1,600 sq. ft. and beautiful craftsmanship like that of the Mansion with a large stone fire place and a big covered porch with a great old potbelly stove in the kitchen. You can rent any of the following outbuildings on the grounds if you choose such as; the large bank barn, the stone slave quarters with fire place, a smokehouse, a three room bomb shelter, spring house, plus 3 garage. Rentals for filming can be for the whole estate or just different locations on the grounds or if you just need one of the buildings.
