For last 5 years we have opened our sizable doors to productions big and small from print ads and commercials to music videos and feature films. We have a rooftop with outrageous views of the downtown LA , a 3000 sqft Penthouse on the rooftop , Soundstage and Greescreen on the 4th floor, as well as access to an adjacent alley, if that floats your boat. The building comes with a loading dock and freight elevator , which makes loading in and out simple as well as a plethora of other services. In addition to the versatility the space offers as an urban location, the penhouse is available as a studio to build and house sets and is equipped with a 18 foot tall cyling that can be used as a greenscreen or painted background. We have also hosted events such as private parties, promotions , fashion shows, art openings, record release shindigs, casting sessions, performance artisits, and film and tv screenings and shoots. 200 parking space is connected to the building .
