Property Description

We are a fully equipped, acoustically engineered Rehearsal & Recording Studio in an intimate, convenient location in Santa Monica. We are off the street front, and have our own private courtyard outside. We have three musical studios of varied sizes, and each studio is fully equipped with high-quality, brand name musical gear. All three studios have ambient lighting and are very clean, with decor in dark red and featuring vintage posters of classic British musicians.
