Property Description
The house is a mother/daughter, not exactly a split level, on a corner lot in the borough of Doylestown. Each level has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bath. The upper floor has three bedrooms, the lower, one bedroom. The garage takes the space under one of the bedrooms. There is no basement and the barn style attic comes up to 14' at its highest point. The windows are new, having been replaced when we added the sunroom. There is a 8' x 10' off of one of the upstairs bedrooms. There is one front door and entrances for the upstairs and downstairs in the back.//The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot with plenty of tress and other growth. The house had been a rental for many years and the landlord didn't exactly do a lot of pruning. Plants that are normally bushes grew into trees. We've been trying to cut them back since we moved in so that the lot gets more light. The front yard currently has three big pines on the corner as well as a corkscrew willow, birch, two small dogwoods, one large ash and a very large beech tree. The driveway has a maple tree on one side and a locust tree on the other. The backyard has a line of cedars and pines near the neighbor's fence, as well as three pink dogwoods, a lilac and various other bushers along the borders of the yard.// For those who are thinking where your production's base camp should be, ther are options. There is an office park perpendicular to Orchard La., and Doylestown Methodist is less than a mile away. Family of God Lutheran (my home church) is 3 miles away at the intersection of Routes 413 & 202 in Buckingham, and would be glad to host your trucks at their site.// My daughter is a heart patient,so we do ask that you do not smoke inside the house.//We welcome offers from any production company and are willing to work with you to make your shoot a successful and pleasant experience.
