Property Description

The building is a duplex and the back yard is a disaster from the ice storm that devastated the trees in Tulsa this winter. Jim wanted me to get these pictures in so I hurried before I had a chance to clean up the limbs. The yard is a pleasant retreat when things green up and the weather is nice. The interior is open due to the 12 ft ceiling that slopes to 8 ft on the fireplace side.
