this is a new house finished in june of 2007. it is brick with vinyl siding. it is a single story house with a full size finished basement. upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, living room, formal living room, formal dining and separate breakfast room. there are also 2 full baths and 1 half bath and utility room with access the the 3 car attatched garage. the ceiings are a minimum of 9 ft going up to as high as 15' in the living room and master bedroom. downstairs, we have an additional 2 to 3 bedrooms, another utility room and another full bath. the family room downstairs takes up the majority of the basement. the house is approximatly 63 ft wide and about 93 feet long. the house has hard wood floors and tile upstairs with the exceptions of the bedrooms, they have carpet. downstairs there is tile in the bathroom and utility room. we have a deck on the back of the house. it is the complete length of the house, with steps on both ends. we are right on a major highway through this area. we are about 30 minutes from huntington, wv, about an hour from charleston, wv 30 minutes from ashand ky, one hour from logan, wv
