Boucarou is also noteworthy as a restaurant. Chef Malik Fall, former Executive Chef of Asia De Cuba, has developed a unique French-African/Asian fusion menu featuring famous dishes such as Tuna Pica, Seafood Martini and an unsweetened peanut butter lamb stew. The cocktail list offers drinks comprised of homemade fresh organic purees. Boucarou's spirit is inspired by the West African tradition of friends sharing and coming together, combined with the french "savoir vivre", a tribute to owner Patrice Bihina - Parade's mixed origins.
